Its disappointing that there seems to be no immediate way to address this issue, with no phone number or chat available for assistance. Additionally, the lack of response leaves you feeling like your concerns are not being addressed promptly or effectively. This experience reflects poorly on the customer support offered by the service provider.

– Purchased 60 proxies from this service and utilized their services for over six months. Unfortunately, encountered a significant issue with their support, which proved to be subpar. Approximately threefourths of the proxies randomly stopped working for multiple days every week. Despite reaching out with more than ten emails and using their provided form, the support team failed to respond or address the persistent problem.

– I had a positive experience with the website. The proxies performed well without any issues, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Despite the website stating a response time of up to 48 hours, they promptly addressed my inquiries within an hour or two. They provided helpful assistance and answered my questions in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend their services based on my satisfactory experience.

– My experience with this company has been absolutely dreadful. Ive encountered numerous issues with their proxies, particularly with IP rotation. Several of the IPs simply wont rotate, and to make matters worse, some of them even share the same IP, despite paying for distinct ports. This level of inconsistency and redundancy is highly concerning.
 Additionally, their residential proxies are incredibly easy to detect, even with basic online tools. They are flagged as detected proxies, which is a significant flaw and defeats the purpose of using such proxies.
 Overall, the service has been horrendous, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Its important to be cautious when considering their services due to these serious shortcomings.
